Why it costs less here
Same sealed bottle the mall sells for AED 60–70.
Online only, no shop rent, bought in volume. Nothing about the product changes — only the margin.
What it does
Water-light, clear, no fragrance added. pH ~3.6.
Glycolic acid loosens dead surface cells so skin feels smoother within weeks.
Dull, uneven tone is mostly build-up. Regular exfoliation clears it.
Cotton pad, clean skin, evenings only. Sunscreen in the morning.
Not for sensitive or compromised skin. New to acids? Start every other night.
How long does the 3-pack last?
About six months of nightly use on the face — one bottle every two months. Sold as a 3-pack only, and it ships free.
Quick questions
Is it the original product?
Yes — factory-sealed bottles from The Ordinary, the same 240 ml sold in stores. We are an independent reseller, not the brand.
Which label will I get?
The one you pick above. The Ordinary renamed the product from “Toning Solution” to “Exfoliating Toner”; the formula did not change.
Is delivery free, and how fast?
Yes — the 3-pack ships free and is delivered in 2–3 days anywhere in UAE, with a tracking link by email. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I return it?
Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned — see our returns policy or message us and we arrange it.
