It’s the bomb !! I’m a very young 70 year old woman . And I am blessed with great dna ( genes ) . But in all honesty I have always loved creams and potions for my skin! I have never gone to sleep without washing my face and doing my regime . This product is great ! I’m embracing The Ordinary because it shows the results and they are amazing. Ps Put Sunscreen on! 😅

I bought this product a little before Christmas. I have lupus + combination skin. I struggle with acne around my period and in my Tzone, but my skin is dry everywhere else. I love the way this feels after I apply. I use a few different products from this brand but this is by far the best out of all the products I’ve used. Completely changed the texture of my skin. I no longer have forehead bumps or flaky skin around my cheeks. Love this product.

My skin has been bad for many years, it seemed like I have adolescents skin at my 34years. After having a baby 3 years ago I got bad pigmentation on top lip and on my cheeks. Someone recommended me niacimide and I have been sceptic as I have tried literally everything, spent tons on skin care products that didn’t give me the results. I am 3 months into using niacimide and I am so surprised. I haven’t expected that my skin could ever come to this point where I am now, and it keeps getting better. I am still far away from where I want to be , but this is a huge improvement for me. I recommend this product so so much.

I have been on a skincare journey with The Ordinary for the last 6 months and I can't believe the change in my skin. This serum is my most recent purchase. One word amazing!!. I'm already using hyaluronic acid+b5, buffet, glycolic acid and now niacinamide. All of these products have helped my acne prone, combination, 40 year old skin. I noticed the niacinamide reduced the redness around my nose, helped the bumps on my forehead and reduced the frequency and severity of my acne. When I do get a pimple it is much smaller and heals quickly. I use this product everyday in the morning and I combine it with buffet. Buffet is also an excellent product that gives my skin an amazing glow. Thanks for giving me my confidence back. 10/10, would recommend.

I started using the Hyalauric acid in July 2024 because i had read about the benefits of iit. I alao started the Niacinamide at the same time. I discovered The Ordinary trying to find an affordable and trustworthy source. All suppliers were insanely expensive and it was always a mystery cream. To say these 2 products work is stating it mildly. My skin went from tired, starting to wrinkle, uneven skin tone, dark spots and freckles to me not using makeup anymore. No more redness, spots, blemishes. I recomme d starting with these 2 products and the glycolic acid toner. I've thrown out all my other products and am a solid ordinary girl now. No more camera filters either.

This is just magic! I used it to get rid of wrinkles, applied it for a week, and the result? All of my wrinkles disappeared!

Just WOW. Niacinamide. Hands down, the most clinically effective, insanely affordable, gift you can give your skin. I have 57yo skin that I am frequently told looks like a 30-40yr glowy dewy face. Of course, your mileage may vary, but I am super educated about the chemical and skin properties and DECIEM and The Ordinary are the only products I keep in my cabinet (one exception Biologique Researche P50V toner). I cannot live without this, and I love my skin more in my 50s than I have EVER in previous decades. Not kidding. Try it for yourself. Literally...it's under ten bux for gods sake! Just the best gift to skincare that ever was. I only hope that Estee Lauder does not destroy the incredible gift they acquired with with takeover. Blessing to Brandon. May he rest in peace.

I've used up all of my Niacinamide serum and I think it's worth the price. I have quite severe acne and I am aware it's not supposed to be acne treatment which I don't mind. I don't see much difference in terms of acne clearing up (I use my acne treatment from my doctor for that). However, it does say it helps with the sebum production and redness and it did! I have redness on both of my cheeks which cleared up completely and oiliness in my tzone definitely calmed down because of this serum. Overall it does it exactly what it's says, it's worth the price (can't complain!) and be mindful that the formula can be sticky so I would give it time to absorb.

I bought this last month ,honestly I didn’t see any change on my face .i bought this with high hopes but I got tiny bumps on my cheeks and forehead .so disappointed

This hyaluronic acid serum was not for me. I was attracted to the formula, because of the addition of B5 and ceramides but after using the serum for a few weeks, I did not notice a difference. I have used many hyaluronic acid serums, most of which did not work for me. The few that I have found that are effective are over $100. I did not like the way the serum felt on my face as it left a slightly sticky feeling, and my usual, make up routine did not sit as well on my face when using this product. I did start using it on my scalp as I didn’t want to waste it. I have a dry scalp and works better for that purpose because the sticky feeling isn’t an issue in the hair. I’m happy to see that this works for a lot of people but I have really dry skin, so maybe if your skin is normal or oily this might be the one for you.

This is a fantastic, simple, but effective serum. I'm 56 and have used high end skincare most of my life, having worked for 3 cosmetic companies that you see in the s. Very over priced, complicated products. This one is fantastic. I use it as my 1st step after cleansing and before a couple other products. Morning and evening. My makeup seems to be lasting longer throughout the day and my redness doesn't seem as pronounced. I cannot say it's because of this Hyaluronic Acid Serum, but it's been a nice addition to my routine. I love The Ordinary and will continue to use this after this bottle is gone! \nPS....I forgot to mention how smooth and soft my skin is after applying this! It sinks in almost immediately. And I haven't had any issues, such as breakouts, irritations, clogged pores, etc. The picture I posted is me today, after using this for a couple weeks with a full face of makeup.

Let me start by saying what an amazing serum this is. It has only been a week of me using it but I can already see the results. My face looks so much brighter and can even see some glow back on the face. After applying it even helps in reducing the appearance of dark circles and tired puffy eyes. My eyes looks so much brighter. Initially when apply it does feel a bit sticky but gets absorbed with in seconds making face feel soft and hydrated. It keeps the face moisturized throughout the day. I love how light it is and spreads easily. I use it twice a day once in the morning after shower and once before going to bed. The bottle is frosted and super cute, just have to be a bit careful with the eye dropper as it made of glass too, so don’t wanna drop and break it. This is my go to everyday serum now and will definitely be getting more once I run out of the promotional one.

At first I used it Am & PM daily, but I now use it only once daily in the AM, due to skin flushing if over-used. I've been incorporating this into my daily routine now for over a month and have noticed that my skin is smoother, more supple and soft to the touch. The product has no smell, spreads well and absorbs into the skin quickly. I have dry-combo skin, and have found that this product does not dry my skin out at all. In fact, it leaves me with a 'glass-skin' look immediately after applying and fades into a healthy glow as it absorbs. My face feels hydrated but not oily. This has become a staple, and I would highly recommend that you give it a try, especially considering the affordability and effectiveness. Be sure to patch test first!

I began using this product in May of this year and have been using it everyday and now I'm back to buy the larger bottle! I absolutely love this stuff. When I first got it, I used it every other day then began using it every night once I knew it wasn't horrible on my skin and now I use it both in the morning and in the evening. My skin is prone to mild break outs and it's sensitive so I was prepared for the worst; but the worst never came. It has significantly cleared up my skin, even in my problem areas along my jaw, and has made my skin the smoothest it has ever looked since before puberty haha. \r\nI found the best way to apply it so it's not sticky is right after I'm done washing my face to just pat my face until it's not dripping wet and pat 3 drops of this product onto my skin after rubbing it around in my hands. I let it dry before applying my facial oil/ sunscreen lotion.

I've never written a review before, but I'm so happy with this product, and with the fact that it is being offered for a reasonable price (thank you TO so much), that I just want to share my experience.\r\n\r\nI've only used this for 4 days, twice a day, and I'm already seeing positive results. I have a very thin, transparent skin, and veins showing through it create a kind of sickly overall look, especially around the nostrils. I also have redness all over my face, and some pigment scars from acne. All these are less visible after just 4 days! I'm beyond happy and will post another review once I see my long term results. The serum is also perfectly non irritating and I'm able to wear it day and night without any problems. Easy to put on, and easy to combine with other products. It feels great on my skin, and I feel like it lightly controls my excessive oiliness, too. Just perfect. <3

This product kicks butt. It is seriously so good for my skin type and helps with my ~chronic~ acne. My skin is neither oily nor dry. I used to get deep acne on my cheeks, nose and forehead. I also had rash like acne on my cheeks and blackheads along the base of my nose. After religiously washing and moisturizing my face, changing pillow covers, avoiding certain foods, and just about every other remedy out there with little to no change to the state of my skin, I decided to try this product. It works like magic for me. I put it on my problem areas both morning and night after washing with Glossiers Milky Jelly cleanser and my skin is doing better then it has been in years. If I feel a zit/ pimple coming I use a couple of drops and with in 36 hours it is gone. (This is in comparison to upwards of 3 weeks before!)Love it. I would suggest this to anybody who struggles with acne!

I can't say enough about this serum. I am 41 years old and have struggled off and on with blemishes my whole life but more so since I had my kids. I have had problems with little bumps, milia and blackheads on my face, neck and chest for years. I have used SO many different products...cleansers, toners, serums, oils, exfoliators and moisturizers. I have spent way too much money on products that didn't work and the ones I thought worked do not even compare to this line. I have had facials and laser treatments and microabrasion which were the only things that really helped but were very costly. I recently purchased a bunch of products from The Ordinary and I am blown away!!! My skin is so smooth and soft and 90% of my bumps are gone!!! I know it is mainly from this serum. I just am amazed and how quickly my skin has changed. I can't recommend this serum enough, I am addicted!!!

I benefit greatly from reviews written online so I wanted to write my own here to hopefully help others in their research. I am generally quite skeptical of beauty products and am low-maintenance, but I still always want to look presentable. I have about max 5 products on my shelf at any time for my whole body and most are zero waste. I occasionally have small breakouts, and I resent the time they take (applying makeup, healing when they pop etc.), I decided to try this serum thanks to reviews, packaging & cost, and honestly didn't really think it was working. Then I went away for a 1 week trip without it and got 2 pimples. It may be a coincidence, as the change has been so subtle for me, but I will continue to buy because the application time of 5 seconds each PM and low cost (the bottle looks to last me about 6 months) is worth saving my time and energy when I have breakouts.

I have been using this for a few weeks now and I must say I am really impressed! I have very congested skin- I don’t have a lot of acne aside from the odd blemish but I have a lot of pores that are clogged deep under the surface of my skin. As a result, my skin is very dull and textured. I thought I’d give this a try to see if it would provide some relief and I’m very happy with the results. I apply it every morning (before natural moisturizing factors + HA) and it has made my skin glow and appear much healthier. It feels really nice on the skin- it’s a little sticky but it dries very quickly and isn’t at all uncomfortable. I’ve tried other serums and formulas in attempt to improve my skin appearance but many of them I have found to feel heavy and oily, but this formula is really lightweight and has a great silky feel. I will be ordering again!

I have combination to oily skin and have acne-prone skin. This product helped my skin so much! It definitely cleared my skin well, kept stubborn pimples at bay, and while I needed to combine it with spot treatment products for those, I had a good time with this product. I tried this product consistently: 3 drops on my forehead and both cheeks, every day, morning and night, from when I got it in September and I just ran out about a week and a half or two weeks ago. The product has a period after opening/expiration date of 12 months, but judging from my experience, 30ml will last you a long time! I have many small pimples making themselves known so I'll be buying another bottle to stop the party before it gets bigger :') at least I know this product works better than all the others I've tried, and super affordable too!There was something interesting I noticed though

This was the product that I was a little bit afraid to use. I don't really have bad acne but I do get clogged pores pretty easily. I have extremely dry skin so I was worried that this was going to make that even worse. I started off only using it twice a week and I wasn't seeing the results I had hoped for. However, I also wasn't seeing any negative side effects. It wasn't making my skin even drier so I decided to start doing this once a day. Since increasing, a few blemishes have popped up but I'm not too upset about that. I'm going to continue to use this once a day because I've noticed that my skin looks much brighter and the small blemishes I do have heal much, much quicker!\n I usually layer this under the Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. (I have to make sure I let the first layer dry completely before applying the HA or else the HA balls up. That's not a big issue though.)
