This is the best facial oil on the market for dehydrated skin, without question. After trying practically every premium brand on the market this is the only oil I've stuck with not only for its excellent, reliable results but also for its versatility. Mixing it with your night cream, your treatment masks etc. simply transforms each of them into wonder products. This nourishes your skin like no other and it's worth mentioning that the fragrance is divine. I've been using it daily for 2 months now and I'm barely a third down the bottle, making it perhaps one of the most economical skincare purchases I've made.\r\n\r\nThis is one of my desert island skincare products and I'm confident that anyone who tries it won't go back to any other oil.

Nourishing and aromatic oil that soaks in and smells divine. I apply on top of my double serum and at 54 my skin feels hydrated and radiant. I wouldn't be without a Clarins facial oil.

Beautiful smell but not as moisturising as I anticipated .I have dry aged skin and need an extra boost of moisture .

I chose this as a sample in one of my orders I was curious and love the smell of sandalwood so I gave it a try. All I can say is my skin looks so calm, I love applying this oil, it’s a calming experience and it makes me skin glow without feeling oily, just really soft and the scent of sandalwood is so nice. it’s only been a week but my skin feels totally different. The sample was generous but I have ordered the full size because I absolutely love how this oil transforms my skin. I wear only a light powder for foundation now and I get a lot of compliments that I look more calm and rested. Highly recommend. .

I received a mini of this in a sample set that I purchased in November, and have used in a morning and night mixed with a moisturiser or night cream. It is honestly one of the greatest things I have ever put on my skin! Of course it’s an oil which i was skeptical about but is not overly oily and hydrates my skin so well. It soaks in very fast and the scent is so calming too. I have quite sensitive skin and my pores clog easily but I haven’t had a single issue since using it (around 3-4 months) and if anything my skin is the best I have ever seen it. Also it’s fairly pricey but it lasts so long! Definitely worth it.

I was a little scared at first to putting an oil on my face. Thought it would only make my face oily and greasy. I have to admit that I had bought the oil for dehydrated skin and it stayed in the bathroom cabinet never being used. As I got into my 40's my skin was looking really dry and just not fresh. I started using the oils every now and then and always noticed how fresh my skin looked the next day. It always soaked right in and there was no greasy after-feel. So I bought the one for dry skin and I use it every night before my moisturizer. I can't live without it. The smell too is so relaxing and when I put it on I always breath in deep to smell the aroma. It's really a wonderful product. It also doesn't clog my pores and break me out. Only takes a few drops applied right after toner. Bottle will last a long time.

I started using this at night instead of my usual moisturiser. My skin has definitely improved and I can tell the difference in the morning if I have failed to put it on the night before. I did wonder if it would be too greasy but it sinks in very quickly. I only use 3 drops for my face, 3 drops for my neck and decollete so I can imagine it will last for ages.\n\nIt's hard to describe the improvement, my skin just looks better, brighter and it feels a bit firmer. I have only been using it for a few weeks so hopefully there will be more mprovments over time.\n\nWell worth the money and would recommend for 50 plus skin.

Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil is my number one favourite product! Personally, I love using it mostly as part of my night routine before bed and it compliments my Clarins night cream perfectly. The wonderful, aromatic and soothing scent sends me straight into a relaxing sleep and the on-skin texture is silky, soft and smooth almost immediately after application. This is an oil that doesn't make my skin feel oily at all - I only need a few drops to make any dry skin feel smooth and hydrated and I wake up with beautifully textured, radiant skin that feels like it's had a pamper session overnight!

I was looking for something super hydrating since my skin was super dry. Ideally something like an oil but wasn't quite sure what I wanted since I have sensitive skin and I always get nervous trying something new. I read the reviews from other people with sensitive skin having positive experiences with this product so I figured I would give it a go. I also had some irritation on my cheeks and wasn't really sure if it was dry skin or something else. Not only has this hydrated my skin, but it has mostly cleared up irritation I was having as well. My only con is that it's a little heavy, so I have been using it every other day or as I feel like it's needed vs. every night.

I'm a lifelong fan of the blue orchid oil but as my skin got very dry and sensitive during the pandemic because of the need to wear masks often and for extended periods of time I thought I'd give this one a go as well. It is excellent. It solved the problem, my skin no longer stretches and tightens but is soft and pleasant to touch. I use it sparingly as too much of it causes my skin to break out. I use it overnight under serum and night cream but also mix a few drops with one of the Clarins face masks, the results are amazing! The bottle lasts for ages and it beautifully hydrates my skin.

I started to use this when I got a sample 2 yes ago and have been hooked ever since. \r\nI use in the winter months or when my skin needs an extra hydration boost. \r\nI add to my day and night cream. I used to use every day before I discovered the idea of using a cleanser, now I just add to night cream when I feel it needs an extra boost. \r\n\r\nSmells amazing and despite it being an oil it’s quite light on the skin and soaks right in. After having a baby I had really neglected my skin and it was starting to become very apparent, it looked dry, tired and lines were starting to show. I was introduced to Blue Orchid Oil about 7 years ago and had fabulous results back then, so I decided to give it another go. The first use made me remember why I loved it so much the first time round, it smells heavenly and your skin gently drinks it up over the course of the night. \r\n3 days later, all on the same day 3 people commented how good my skin was looking which really confirmed to me what a fabulous essential product this is. \r\nI use it at night, after toning, on damp skin and then follow with Multi-Active Night cream.

I'm utterly in love with this product - the smell is intoxicating, the oil is quickly absorbed, the applicator is pleasingly scientific and easy to keep clean with its little pipet. But best of all is its ability to overnight completely soothe and rebalance. My skin is combination but dehydrated and prone to congestion. After an episode of using much too harsh SA and BP products in an attempt to stop breakouts, my skin, particularly on the chin and jawline (hormonal *sigh*), was left reactive and uneven. In desperation I had a regime overhaul and basically just used this blue orchid oil for a few days. The results were instantaneous - calmer, less red, far more hydrated and elastic-feeling. Don't be afraid to use it on breakouts, it really will soothe your skin. Beautiful, will be purchasing again!

I got this for Christmas and wow! I wondered why my skin looked so flawless for a change and the only thing that's changed is adding this to my skincare, since using my skin is hydrated and poreless and smooth, I'm only 18 but I had a line on my forehead and it's smoothed it out.\r\nI still have some acne scaring at the moment and I'm sorting it out, this has helped keep it amazing whilst using my treatments.\r\nI feel so much more confident knowing my makeup won't go horrible during the day too, and have actually started wearing less as I love my natural glow! My mum used this oil too a few times and has not shut up about wanting it for herself, very impressed.\r\nAnd very cheap for such a great product, seems like it'll last me a good while too!
