Love the product! Packaging is HORRIBLE it has stopped me from ordering this product. The top of the bottle does not stay sealed. The first time I ordered it the bottle came opened and product was spilled everywhere. The second time I ordered within a week of use the top became unsealed. This should be fixed.

This cleanser is great and a little goes a long way. You need only about a nickel size amount bc it will get sudsy. Applies on smooth and your face feels so clean and fresh.

Omg. I am a product JUNKIE, but one area I’ve never been super swept up by is cleansers. THIS IS THE BOMB AND I’LL TELL YOU WHY. I lost 120+ pounds seven years ago, and struggle with a (thankfully small) amount of loose skin on my neck If I don’t use a REALLY GOOD moisturizer, it looks bad. That’s 130 pounds. I’m 61, with good genes. \n\nI used this stuff —the loose skin disappeared! I mean, it’s obviously temporary. But never has a CLEANSER done that. \n\nThis cleanser is GOOD. \n\nGOOD. \n\nI’m impressed.

Something is going on with the silver packaging type they use for this face wash - I have had two bottles now with issues where the glycolic face wash seems to eat away at the glue that seals the top of the tube/eats away at the silver colored coating on the bottle. It gets all over my hands and product leaks out of the top and gets exposed to air. Not worth the money until they fix this packaging issue. Wish I could submit pictures with this review. Need to get in contact customer support.

Usually this brand “SkinCeuticals” delivers great qualities and in fact this glycolic renewal cleanser has been a true evidence for that. Lovely texture and scent

SkinCeuticals the best I have use there toner and other cleaner but I think my skin too sensitive. Its burn after I use it

I received this as a sample and noticed my face was tighter, pores smaller, and my face had a nice glow. I kept using it adding it once a day instead of another SkinCeuticals cleanser I was using. The days I used this my skin glowed! I then had to wait to order since it was out of stock everywhere, please ramp up production. This stuff is amazing! Works well for my congested, large pores making them look much smaller! This face wash does not produce a foam when washing but does a great job. In fact when I have peeling skin from retinol this helps exfoliate that off.

This is a medical grade product with medical grade ingredients. That is why it is not cheap; it's not a drug level product. It's not an expensive department product making all kinds of claims. This product does not have added scents to give you a spa experience, or added ingredients so that you think the texture is incredibly fabulous and luxurious. Gycolic Renewal Gel deeply cleans and exfoliates your skin; it is meant for your face, as a cleanser. You do not leave it on like a mask. It is not a peel per se, but encourages cell turnover and could cause mild peeling. Use as directed and your skin will glow. I have loved it and much prefer it to any other medical grade cleansers I have used.

I have acne-prone, sensitive skin. I had been using Murad's Time Release Cleanser for years now and it had been working wonders for me because it contains salicylic acid. But recently, something changed in my skin and I realized I needed a change. So, I decided to go away from salicylic acid. SkinCeuticals is the first brand I usually look at. I found this cleanser, googled about it, and saw people saying nice things about it. I had to try it. It's only been a few weeks but I can already tell, it's amazing! It didn't lather which meant that it won't dry my face, and it didn't. I also feel like it's taking care of the whiteheads I get sometimes which is exactly why I bought it!

I love this brand and was so excited to try this product based on rave reviews. It is definitely not for sensitive skin, but I do think it could be helping my acne. I tried to use it every day at first, but it left my skin red and dry. I am now trying a tiny amount once a week to see if it does anything. Not sure I would buy it again.

I love this product and the results. I have used it for quite awhile and my skin always looks good as a result. I am in my 50's and frequently get compliments on my complexion and asked what products I use. I have converted many of my family members. :) The cleanser is powerful, yet gentle. It does not dry my skin out or leave it feeling oily, like some cleansers can. My skin feels clean after using. I believe the cleanser contributes to helping with fine lines and evens my skin tone. The cleanser itself is a creamy gel and a little goes a long way. I will continue to use this product as long as it is available.

This product absolutely changed my skin and cleared my breakouts just after just 5 days. It was the first product I ever bought thats more high end and has active ingredients and it did miracles! All my red spots disappeared, my pores minimized, my blackheads around my nose and under my eyes went away, I have much less discoloration/redness and my skin looks very hydrated.\r\n\r\nThe consistency of the gel feels very nice. It does tingle the skin a tiny bit and makes my skin feel tight, but with moisturizer this product is perfect. I wish I could post my before and after pictures because I’m in shock!

For the past year I've been struggling with dry-congestion in my T zone. After using this product for a month, my skin has completely transformed for the best. I purged the first three weeks which is what I hoped for because - new skin cells! The glycolic does give some tingling action however it never leaves my sensitive-combo skin irritated, dry or tight. The gel consistency turns into a soft foam, almost velvety feel. My pores have reduced in size where the congestion took place. and although my skin feels moisturized immediately after cleansing, I apply their B5 serum for hydration + Physical Fusion UV Defense because this cleanser can increase the risk of sun burn. overall leaves skin clean, supple and healthy. I am a 59 year old woman and I have been using Skinceuticals for the last 2 years. I started using this cleanser and I really like it, I have good skin in general but this really brings out the fresh glow and clean skin. It gently exfoliates and renews skin and the results were noticeable within the first week. I use to thoroughly cleanse my face specially when I have full on makeup and I'm impressed with the no residue feel and completely clean skin without drying my face. I follow up with a toner, a serum and a moisturizer (all skinceutical products) At my age I cannot be complacent with skin care and I insist on the best products; I believe that Skinceuticals gives me the best for my skin.

The Glycolic cleanser---how do I know it's working. I like the feel of the product, of course, it's wiping off any sweat, makeup. But I can't see a difference on my face now. Wouldn't you say it's too soon? I haven't had it a month yet. What kind of a change am I expected to see? I really would like a professional explain this. I am 70 but not wrinkles, and mostly everyone I mention my age to can't believe I am. I have gone through life changing tragedy now a year and have lost 14 lbs and my face is thinner. That's why I am trying your product. So I can't answer some of your questions now, too soon.

I am over the moon happy with this purchase! I have been using this product just under a month and have seen a significant different in my very dry skin shifting to being the softest and brightest it has ever been! This works great with Simply Clean...I like to use the glycolic cleanser every other morning and after a day of wearing face make up which for me is not often and use Simply Clean every evening and mornings I don't use the GC. My husband is also a big fan of this cleanser...when I'm willing to share it with him lol.
