The Ordinary 100% Niacinamide Powder 20g

I have been using this for more than 6 years. It is the best vitamin C I have ever used (and I have tried a lot of brands, including expensive ones). \nPLEASE, do NOT discontinue this amazing product!!!

I love the concept! But what can I mix this with other than the Natural Moisturizing Factors + Ha? Can I combine powder, moisturizer, and a face oil perhaps? I’m currently mixing a quarter scoop of powder with about a nickel sized moisturizer together in the morning and it feels so so so dry on my skin. I do apply another serum beforehand. I measure equivalent measurement in grams, 5% into a new bottle of the ALOE + NAG and I get a hydrating, that’s twice as good as as the 10% niacinamide. I have a more hydrated brighter complexion. Never stop making this TO

I mix this with my face moisturizer with no adverse effects. It does exactly what my prior niacinamide serum plus face cream routine did and comes cheaper. I have one question tho: can i mix a big batch with my body lotion and use it over a time (how long?) or does it turn inactive after a while after mixing and therefore should be mixed immediately before application each time? I used to spend serum pretty fast (have to apply it all over my face and neck). But this way, I can incorporate Niacinamide in my routine, without adding additional serum, just mix it with my current moisturiser and still be sure that I have enough product left :D\r\nIn the evening, after cleansing, apply Alpha Arbutine + HA, wait 15 mins, mix moisturiser with powder (really easy to dissolve in any watery solution), again wait for skin to absorb, then Retinol 1% in Squalane and I'm ready to relax and enjoy while my scars are diminishing :D\r\n\r\nThank you The Ordinary team for giving us hope and efficient products :D\r\n\r\nPlease, remain the same reliable company as so many people adore you!

I've been using TO's 100% Niacinamide Powder for a year or two now, and it's absolutely wonderful. I used to be a huge fan of the Niacinamide + Zinc serum, but decided to give this product a try when it first came out, and have not gone back. When I first purchased this, I initially mixed it in with my moisturizer (both AM/PM), or with TO's Marine Hyaluronics, and both worked really well. I have since then switched over to combining it with COSRX Advanced Snail Mucin Power Essence and still use it both AM/PM. The extra hydration and power of niacinamide have been working well together for me. I highly recommend this product, especially if you're looking to combining two steps in your skincare routine!

Unfortunately, I always have this problem with white powder (plz see attached) on my face after using 100% niacinamide powder, I mix this powder well in the palm of my hand with 4-5 drops of hyaluronic acid 2%+B5. But After applying it, this product leaves behind a white powder. Please advise me, what is the cause of this problem? Thanks

So far, so good! I purchased the Niacinamide power specifically for my nose (pores becoming more noticeable with age) and for the sun spots/age spots on my hands and arms. I apply the powder directly to my nose and the sides of my nose by pinching/patting or rubbing after Amino Acids+B5. In a week's time my pores look smaller and the redness is reduced! My daughter gave me the Niacinamide face and body emulsion for Christmas, so I'm also adding this to that. I haven't seen any improvement yet, but, it's just been over a week. Definitely keeping this in my arsenal! Oh! Although this is high-strength, the only issue I've had was a tiny dryness/flake in the corner of my nose right next to my nostril. I pinpoint size of HA+Ceramides fixed that overnight.

This product acted in a very astonishing way: I spent around 5-6 weeks after starting its application purging. How did I know it was purging and not breaking out? Zits were whiteheads, not red and inflamed, very small, on my usual places (chin/some on nose) and disappeared in 1 day or less. Sometimes I'd notice a zit coming out at night, just to realize it was gone in the morning. After these weeks of purging, I didn't get one single more zit for months, and my skin was much softer, homogeneous and clear. Recently I ran out of it and I noticed I started getting my usual random monthly pimples that last 4 or 5 days. Also my skin texture feels much rougher and I can see more wrinkles. I just repurchased cause this thing right here is a MVP for me.

I bought this product now an April 2021 and the expiration date is in 07/2021, so I am kind a confused, because it is not chance to finish this product in such a short time... any suggestion ?\r\nOr is it a safe to use this product after exp time ?

I’m going to start this review out with the cons, because most people don’t read past the first 3 sentences of reviews. There are many issues with this, a lot that has been pointed out by Lab Muffin Beauty Science, who has a chemistry phd. I highly recommend everyone watch her video before buying this product. The scoop is ridiculous, it’s recommended to use only 1/4 of the scoop. It’s so easy to not get that perfect 1/4, and get too much and irritate your skin. It’s dangerous. Next, you don’t need a 100% powder, you really only need a serum of 5% and it’ll work perfectly. There’s also a ridiculously large amount of product in this container. It expires within 6 months, and we are suggested to use only that 1/4 scoop. Even daily, morning and night, you’ll hardly finish half of the product in this jar. It’s a huge waste of product. 20 grams is way too much for a single person.Now the good

I've been using this for just a week and I'm amazed! My skin is clear and glowing! It has cleared up any small pimples I had in just a few days. I've been mixing it with the matrixyl 10% and applying it in the am. This is my new go to! After cleansing I apply the powder mixed with matrixyl, followed by the hyaluronic acid, followed by the fluid primer and my ordinary foundation. My skin looks great. My only question is can/should I still continue to use my Niacinamide 10% + zinc as my final step before Primer? Love the product, it performs well! The container was half empty (with the safety seal) which is why I knocked off the two stars. It’s an inexpensive, well performing product, but I always feel gipped when a container isn’t full when it’s new. Maybe a smaller pot? I'll give those 2 stars because at least it didn't do any harm to my skin, it just did nothing. Another big problem is the fact that I bought this in September (or around that time) and the product expires February 2021. Even if I used it twice a day, there's no way I'd be able to use it up before it expires.Love most other TO products I've tried over the years, and will continue to be a very happy customer, but this was a miss. I love niamcinamide and I love all things DECIEM. I was extremely excited to use this but it's just not for me. I have tried to mix it with many different serums and creams and it either leaves a white cast on my face or pills. Because of my skin care routine, I choose to use niacinamide during the day and I just won't be able to use this. I am jealous of all the raving reviews but I just can not get it to work for me. Fix the 1/4 dose scoop and this would be a perfect product! The powder mixes like a dream with anything and is undetectable, no lumps, no grainy bits. Doesn't pill like the serum version and is compatible with all my other skincare and makeup. Faffing around getting a 1/4 of a scoop is ridiculous, how about making the scoop smaller for more precise dosage? I had been using the Vitamin C serum C25 on my nose to reduce the pore size and that was doing a great job. Then I read about the Niacinaide Powder and mixing it with the Hyauluronic Acid 2% so I thought I would give that a try. I received the products yesterday and mixed them as directed and put the mixture on my nose before bed. Now, my pores are not that big, but to me, I hate them so anything to reduce them is happiness all around. I am happy to say that the mixture reduced the appearance of my pores even more that the C25, which was decent enough to keep me using it.. But the results this morning were even better than that now and I am sold. An amazing product. I was almost signed up to have a $3000 laser treatment by my plastic surgeon and now I don't have to spend that money at all. Thank you very much for having these products for sale.
