This product is absolutely not worthy of being in SkinCeutical’s line. I purchased it in April 2025, used it once, the smell was disgusting but I kept it on anyway. It caused my usual allergies to flare up (watery eyes, stuffy nose) so I didn’t use it again until a few days ago. SAME REACTION…I’m throwing it away. doesn’t allow returns if you’ve actually used the product so can’t believe people actually are buying this stuff for $110. But the picture on line shows a creamy product and what came out of my bottle was like a beige serum with a tinge of red color and a smell like something had gone bad:-(. Really shocked that I tried it a second time because this time the reaction was more intense. Buyer beware - especially those who may be more sensitive to some ingredients than others.

For the price point and teeny amount you get, you'd think this serum would do something. Nada. Have been using it for weeks now, and see absolutely no reduction in eye puffiness (the primary reason for this purchase). The serum dries to a shine and has a definite smokey scent (like a day-old charcoal grill). It is not irritating, but that's the best I can say for it. Happy that others seem to like it. On the other hand, it does seem to help with vertical lip lines, if you're ok with a shiny upper lip. Will not repurchase.

I’ve been using AOX Eye Gel for over a month, with disappointmenting results. I took a photo before I started using this product. The only change I’ve noticed while using this product is it does reduce my under eye puffiness, even when I’ve had little sleep. The dark circles and lines around my eyes remain unchanged. Once I finish this bottle I will go back to what I had been using. I am disappointed. I have been using CE Ferulic Acid for years and Love that product, I had high hopes for the eye gel.

This product is dark orange and has a distinct smell; if either of these two aspects of the product bother you I would strongly suggest trying to overcome it: this product is amazing! I use the gel in the morning after my cleansing steps. For me, the product starting really showing results after consistent use over 7-10 days and since then (over a year) the results remain with daily use. I am talking less discoloration under/around the eyes, less puffy, brighter, waking up with less creases. I definitely recommend this gel.

I used this for several years and then switched to another brand for a couple of years. Saw that had this on sale and decided I would go back to it. I must have developed an allergy because my eyelids and The skin below my eyes turned red and itched. After a couple of days the skin around my eyes got crusty and started peeling. I am sensitive and overnight I can develop an allergy to a product. I'm giving it 3 stars because I liked it several years ago but can no longer use it. was great with the return process.

I had dark spots around my eyes. This product has helped minimize that and red some plumpness and moisture to my eyes. However my first bottle I opened it and the pump came right out and product everywhere. This a definitely a defect that others have had issues with. is great about product replacement so no issues there.

Eye Complex at night. Together, these two eye products seem to be giving me a very good anti-aging result, which is something I never experienced with any of the many other eye products I have tried over the years, so I am extremely happy with them. I use several other SkinCeuticals products too. They are pricey BUT I do see great results with them.

After only 3 days I have a noticeable improvement in under eye bags and puffiness. I have been using this product in the morning and the results last pretty much all day. Five stars for results, but I'm taking away one star for the terrible scent. Wow, this stuff smells awful. I would describe it as smoky, like a smoldering campfire. I want to love this product but unfortunately I’m allergic to it. For the price that it was, that’s very disappointing to me. I love skinceuticals and I use their daily moisturizer and vitamin c serum that I love. But this under eye gel has me up all night sneezing and blowing my runny nose almost immediately after I apply. It took me a while to realize that it was from this product. But each time I’ve used it, this happens and each time the symptoms get worse. I have stopped using it and my symptoms stopped. Not sure which ingredient I’m allergic to as I don’t have particularly sensitive skin and very rarely have allergies to anything. I hope no one else has this experience!

I really like this product - I feel like I look more rested and my eyes look brighter. I'm diligent about using every morning with my C+AHA serum. and I swear like other reviewers I saw results right away and continue to see results. The pump broke after only a couple weeks so I had to do my best to continue to get gel out without wasting too much. Really - can't you make better packaging? This is not a cheap product and to have multiple reviews here and elsewhere noting that their pumps weren't good - hopefully someone fixes it. I will order again but am disappointed to not be able to use every last drop in my bottle!
