This is by far my favorite moisturizer to use. I use to think PTR & Tatcha were where it was at. Realized they were overpriced hypes. This product brought my skin back to life. My skin feels radiant, plumps, & keeps it youthful looking. I don't ever feel greasy or gritty; I feel refreshed. I may be allowing my hair to turn gray, but keeping my skin maintained has never been easier.

This product was in my regimen (my first time ever using skincare, the ordinary helped me), bought this product summer 2024 but I was on and off, a few days ago I started to be consistent and within a week or less I’ve seen changes. I use the borage seed oil and mix it with this moisturizer and my skin was left feeling smooth and hydrated, it’s like after leaving a facial spa. (I had textured and dry skin before using the products in my regimen provided by the ordinary). I bought the 30ml but now I’ll be upgrading to the 100ml

Sur ma peau, cette crème a été une révélation ! Je souffre de kératose pilaire et d'imperfections sur ma peau mixte, et à chaque fois que je testais une nouvelle crème hydratante, ça étouffait tout le temps ma peau, peu importe que la crème soit fluide ou riche. Mais cette crème a fait des miracles sur ma peau : elle est devenue toute lisse, je n'ai plus d'imperfections et de rougeurs, je peux enfin bénéficier d'une belle peau après des années de combat. Cette crème sera adaptée pour les peaux sensibles, mixtes et grasses, mais pas pour les peaux sèches. Received as a gift from The Ordinary. Works well, but it is not leaving my face hydrated. Good for immediate make-up application though.

In my first experience with this product, feels good for the first hour or so, after that feels i little dry.

As a post-menopausal woman with increasingly dry skin, I wasn't sure about this product at first, but it came with The Daily Set so I thought I'd give it a go. I've never felt anything like it. Combined with other products (Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (with Ceramides)), my skin became so well hydrated and healthy after just one week of use, a slight sunburn on my nose barely peeled (totally opposite of what it's usually like).\n\nPlease don't judge, but I'd been using Noxzema for as long as I can remember (probably since my 20s), and I didn't know that it wasn't as good for my skin as it claimed to be. After some research, I made the switch to a full Ordinary skincare routine (and I've added a facial sunscreen to the mix), my skin feels so healthy and happy now - I'm sure it can only get better with continued use.

My skin is normally dry, and highly allergic to a lot of ingredients...ironically, mostly natural ones. I'm allergic to beeswax, jojoba, and shea to name a few, and so I've been just using single ingredient facial products. I thought I'd take a chance with the ordinary since they don't add fragrances or other allergens I'm normally adverse too. WOW. My face has never glowed this much. I've been using this after washing with the Squalene cleanser, and then an application of Marine Hyaluronic, Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, and Argan oil, and this really just seals in the moisture and gives my face a beautiful, dewy glow. What a difference from dry skin. After years of avoiding beauty products and just using Argan Oil and petroleum jelly (yuck), I'm so glad I've finally found products that don't give me rashes or breakouts, and instead make my skin look beautiful. I first bought this a few years ago and when I tried it I was baffled. I actually went on to look if it had zinc in it because it felt like it had a white cast. Needless to say, I was confused by it and it wasn’t my favorite. Something called me back and after trying it again, I realized that it’s different than a lot of other moisturizers and it takes some getting used to because it is so concentrated in its moisture without being greasy. A tiny squirt will cover your whole face and leave you with silky, totally non greasy moisture. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin and I return to this moisturizer over and over because of how it soothes and moisturizes my skin without feeling heavy. So if at first you’re thrown off by it, experiment with it and give it another chance, because it really is a gem!

I've been using this product for a year and a half and it's the best product for me. I have super dry skin, and it is very sensitive to perfumes. Lots of products that say ''without perfume'' and hypoallergenic still irritate my skin. Well, this moisturizing cream ACTUALLY has no perfume, doesn't irritate my skin, and moisturizes it and balances it. I live between Mexico and Canada, and in Mexico this keeps my skin hydrated all-year round. In Canada, as the climate is much harsher, I also use rosehip oil at night and lots of lip balm. So even though I need something extra in Canada for my extra-dry skin, the Natural Moisturizing Factors keeps my skin all in all more stable. I don't have dry patches daily during the winter like I used to have. A former roommate recommended The Ordinary products and I've been recommending them ever since.

I’ve been using NMF for over a year and I always buy the 100 ml. they were out of stock when I needed to buy more so I bought the 30 ml. I was so blown away by how much more elegant and creamy the 30 ml size was compared to the cottage cheese clumpy texture from the 100 ml bottle. I would mix my NMF with another lotion to make it more of a desirable texture but I didn’t have to with the 30 ml. I thought there was. A new formula so I bought another NMF in 100 ml when the restocked. But I was sad when I realized the 100 ml still didn’t have the elegant texture that the 30 ml did. I have really sensitive, dry, acne-prone skin and this stuff works wonders. It's really moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling literally bouncy, while never feeling greasy no matter how much I put on. If I want something a little heavier, I'll mix this with some rose hip seed oil or castor oil and it mixes really nicely. This is definitely one of the best moisturizers I have ever tried. HOWEVER, I am extremely frustrated that the 100 ml is literally never in stock because I go through the 30 ml bottle in about two or three weeks. After waiting months, I finally got an email yesterday that the 100 ml was back in stock, but by the time I went to buy one today it was already sold out again. I wouldn't mind so much, but the 100 ml is a third of the price per ml and all the little 30 ml bottles add up to a lot of waste. I love this moisturizer, please make more!!!

This is an amazing simple moisturizer great for anyone with any skin type, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in the market for a good bland moisturizer. It's great, even on my finicky skin! The texture is very nice going on the skin, and it leaves the skin feeling cool to the touch and slightly tacky. I would love a larger size than even 100 mL, and for all sizes to remain in stock as much as possible, as the unit price on the 30 mL size is astronomical in comparison to the 100 mL. When the drama occurred, I was worried sick that I would have to spend almost $40 for 30 mL of La Roche-Posay's Toleriane Ultra moisturizer due to the threat of all Deciem brands being closed, and the La Roche-Posay doesn't even work as well as this! Anyway, I have probably purchased 10+ bottles of this stuff, and will continue to buy it as long as it's sold.

Lovely product! My skin gets dehydrated so quickly, especially during winter time (I live in the Nordics - the weather is not kind here). The combination of this, TO hyaluronic acid and hemi-squalane entirely changed that. I tried so many moisturisers from different price categories, some broke me out, some didn't work at all, some were too greasy when applying other products on it. But in this creme, in terms of quality, effect and price point I found The One! I love the texture, how quickly it absorbs and the feel of my skin afterwards. I use it both am and pm, sometimes by itself, the 30 ml tube lasted me over a month. Learning more about skincare ingredients I also appreciate this creme so much. I pray you never discontinue it!! As I've aged my skin has become dryer and more sensitive and this feels so good. Keep it one at all times around my eyes can get really itchy and this improved that. Been using this in the day and your weakest retinoid in squalene and I like it. Feel like my skin is brighter and less irritated.. Have a few pimples pop up but I heard that could happen with retinoids at first (I'll take some pimples if my skin feels good and looks/feels soft and healthy honestly). Stopped needing to physically exfoliate all the time to deal with roughness too. Is this combo ok for someone with sensitive skin who wants less dull skin and a reduction/slowing of the fine lines I'm starting to get (I'm 30)?Also got your sunscreen in spf 30 which feels nice too.

I am an Ordinary novice and this was the first product I tried, I chose it because it looked the safest. I am very satisfied and it's definitely the best moisturizer I've tried, not to mention the price is great. I love this moisturizer! I have combination (meaning my skin my be extremely dry or oily in different or even the same spots) sensitive skin that is prone to clogging and acne. I was looking for a gentle moisturizer that I could use day and night over my actives. This simple product is priced so reasonably and has done wonders for my skin. It plays nicely with all of my other products, so long as I layer only 2 other serums underneath. Sometimes at night I'll mix a drop or two of squalene or rose hip oil into this too. As a former hairstylist and now health science student with a modest chemistry background, I absolutely love deceim and can't say enough good things about what they are doing for the beauty industry. This is the perfect lightweight moisturizer for combination skin, I will probably keep some of this on hand for as long as they make it.
