The Ordinary EUK 134 0.1% 30ml

Okay so i'm 30, have a normal/dry skin, i don't really have any routines, i just filled out the questionnaire here (i was looking for a solution for ageing, uneven skin tone, elasticity), and it give me this, so i tried it out and i've seen improvement right after the first use. Now i use it before sleep twice a week, (just wash my face with icecold water, then Euk 134 and thats it) when i apply it feels hot on the skin, not greasy only until it is absorbed. In the morning my skin looks very healthy, with an even, shiny color. I really like it, and its price is unbeatable 😂👍🙏

Feels moisturizing and only takes 2-3 drops to cover face, neck, and chest. Love the darker color, which is kind of a reddish-brown color. Does not discolor the skin in any way, but is easy to tell where you put the serum before massaging it into your skin. I've been using EUK 134 0.1% along with Amino Acids + B5 and Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F daily. This combo has given my skin a more even tone and helped with hydration. I am careful to follow the guidelines for each product by not using them in conjunction with other ingredients that may cause an adverse reaction or sensitivity. Love having access to effective products at such an affordable price point.

I love EUK; I use it with the Retinal 0.2% Emulsion only when I'm lazy for a deep facial application.

I love how this feels going on and after. My skin has improved so much since I started using this. This has become a permanent part of my daily routine.

I used this years ago for age spots on my arms and it worked great. Bought another bottle to use on a mole that had discolored and doctors said was a common condition- it was flaky and dark. After a few months of using this, its back to flesh colored and much less flaky. This stuff is impressive!

I would give ZERO star if I can. I've been using the Ordinary for a long time. Recently I purchased my EUK serum during the sale and received a bottle that was manufactured back in 2021-05. Considering that this is an antioxidant, I was concerned with the shelf life and stability so I reached out to the Ordinary. They said there would be no other solution but for me to keep the product. Although they provide 365-day return, there is no within 50 miles of where I live, so I have to pay for return postage - which will most likely cost more than what I paid for this serum.\r\n\r\nA sale does NOT mean an opportunity for you to clear out near expiry products and dump them onto consumers.

I can’t quite place what it is about this product, but it’s wonderful. My skin just seems happier when I use it. I apply a few drops a few times per week so a bottle lasts quite a long time. Excellent value.

I don't use this product often, but really like it. A few times over the past years I felt a burning sensation and saw red patches on my face, but letting things calm down, putting some rich moisturizer on top helped. Now that I look back, I was probably applying it a day after lactic acid or Vit C + resveratrol treatment when I saw irritation. So now I space it with days of mere moisturizing, so my skin doesn't overact. I love this product, the next day my skin is even and blemish-free. That said, maybe it's not for everyone - seeing other reviews.

Hello, Im a big fan of the ordinary products, but I have personally a bad experience with this product. I Until I know, I dont have redness, some acne problems that are hormonal, and kind of pardo skin (half african desendent with caucasic) Did I noticed also, that yesterday I shave this little hair in the face with a metal shaver (?) Its weird this result. Could someone explain me if my skin have some kind of problem that I dont know, or is this product the problem, or the bad use... Thanks

When my friends ask me “What is the best ordinary product?” I tell them EUK134! I have never had a product that has left my skin looking so amazing. The effect is truly magical. I apply it day & night. My skin is in the best condition it has ever been. Whenever I run out and don’t get more in time, I break out and my skin looks SO dull! Also, I’m sure Deciem cannot advertise this, but if you look up the molecule, you’ll find scientific reports showing that it acts as a sun protectant as well. I discovered this when I tried tanning outside a couple times, and I couldn’t get any colour! Crazy! Anyways, I love love love this product and would reccomend it 100x over! Thank you Deciem!

I've used many Ordinary Products but had never thought about an anti-oxidant (or knew much about them). I tried this out of curiosity and within a few weeks noticed that my skin overall felt softer and more moisturized. I take good care of my skin and have always kept it moisturized with TO products and other good quality facial oils. This product seems to have improved the overall health of my skin and its ability to lock in moisture. I use this in the morning before other products and sometimes I use it on its own and then forget to add something else because my skin feels moisturized enough. (I've read many reviews here over the past years as I've tried out products, so thought it was time I wrote one as well!)

Pleeeeeeaaaase make a formulation of this for the scalp. That's where we get the most direct UV damage! I have been using it on my scalp but it is oily so I have to leave it on overnight, put a towel on my pillow, and wash it out of my hair in the morning. But I'm not kidding you I've had color return to a few grays. I wish there was a non-greasy formulation that I could use daily!!! DECIEM Response: Thank you so much for the feedback! Hello beautiful people, I just want to share something I've learned about using euk134 on my own face. I found that if the night before I use azelaic acid or when I use niacinamide before uk 134, I tend to have a reaction that results in red blotches. I think because these products are so potent, it can get a little too much for our skin sometimes.\r\nIf you get a reaction I would first try to use euk134 on 'calm skin', and if you still get a reaction to mix a drop of euk134 in some natural moisturising factors cream. I find that to be a super nice combo, they work so well together and it dilutes the potency of the euk134 so it might be the trick to get your skin used to it.\r\nI hope this helps some of you!

I can't pinpoint exactly what EUK 134 0.1% does to my skin. This is expected as antioxidants are preventive. I do notice a difference when I don't use it though. I guess it's the glow, not sure really. \r\n\r\nThe only issue I have with the product is that it's too drying for my skin. Even 2 drops of the product leave my skin dry and wrinkly. I had the same problem with TO's Resveratrol, which was why I switched to this product. I don't know if the problem is with the Propanediol base, or if these antioxidants are just drying. \r\n\r\nLuckily for me, I have a big bottle of sunscreen that I stopped using because it was a greasy mess for me. I've now put that sunscreen to good use by pairing it with EUK. It's a fantastic combo!!! I’m glowing like the sun……glass skin on fleek! Can't complain :)

I purchased several products here December 2017 because they are such goog prices. Not long after using them, I discovered that I loved this product the best simply because I noticed that this serum by itself does everything exceeding my expectations. It makes my skin look rest, bright, even tone, moist, smooth and makes my face skin feels sooo comfortable after applying it on. I use it on my face AM and PM daily and neck too when i remember. I'm in my 50's and have received excellent results. It applies on very well - absorbed in 30 seconds, no grease at all and allows me to put on sun protection cream over it right way. One bottle lasts a long time yet stays as new as it first came for the serum. \n\n I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see different results from a face care product.

The product is oily and rich. One drop per zone is enough. \r\nI have tested the product 3 times on my sensitive skin. As mentioned, using it in minimal doses. During the first time, I have applied it on my clean face during the morning, after using Multi Molecular Hyaluronic Complex the night before. After one hour It started to itch on my cheeks, and appearing like a rash with visible signs of redness. Nothing on my brow.\r\nSo I retried it after another day, without using any product during the 12 hours before. Same result, with redness on my brow.\r\nAfter a few days, I re-tried and it continues to cause redness. The effect lasts for a few hours.\r\nBetter to be used at night.\r\nA part from that, I noticed that wrinkles were less visible. That is good.\r\n\r\nOn the contrary, my partner who has a male oily skin (not sensitive) didn't experienced any issue.

I have used this product 7 times since using it, and without fail , approximately 2 hours after using it, the areas where I applied the EUK turn bright pink.and become obnoxiously itchy. My routine for when I use EUK is cleanse - EUK 134- Natural Moisturizing Factors moisturizer, which is what is recommended to me so I know there isn't some chemical reaction happening. \n I am very upset as I am in search of a great antioxidant. I kept using the EUK 134 in hopes that my skin just needed to get used to it or something , but the kindness is indisguisable and the itching is unbearable ! Since the reaction is not instantaneous and creeps up on you gradually, i always thought my skin was finally used to it or something. But nope- it always happens! I don't have sensitive skin so must be one of the people that has some kind of reaction with this product. Lucky me.

This product works incredibly well in my routine. In the morning, I use a drop of EUK and mix it with a drop of Buffet after cleansing. I only use as much product as my skin an absorb, so no tackiness and dry in seconds. Then I use Natural Moisturizing Factors+HA topped with a sunscreen/BB cream. EUK seems to boost and extend the efficacy of Buffet, Moisturizer, and my sunscreen/BB cream. My skin is hydrated and smooth looking into the evening. When I clean my face at night, my skin is brighter, clearer, and softer. I do not use any acids (besides HA) in the same routine as EUK, and my skin is completely dry before application. EUK does have a warming effect, but it's not very noticeable in my current routine.

I haven't been using this product for that long, but I've already noticed AMAZING results. I was honestly shocked by how much better my skin looked after only a week of use. I already use several TO products and decided to buy this along with the toner and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. I definitely would give credit to both of those products as well, but I think that this one has had the greatest effect. I use it every morning and night as the first step of my skincare routine after face wash and toner. It makes my face feel so soft and look very full. It does take a bit to fully soak in, but it only makes me look better as it does. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their skin health. This product was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a good antioxidant to use in the morning instead of Vitamin C, which I prefer to use at night for better treatment of post-inflammatory acne marks and all the other benefits of topical Vitamin C other than free radical scavenging. The EUK fits neatly into my morning routine and doesn't cause me any irritation. I mix 3-4 drops into my favorite hydrating/soothing serum (mostly to save time in the morning, but also for slightly smoother application) and go about my day secure in the knowledge that my skin is well-protected from oxidative damage (with the help of sunscreen, of course). I will continue to repurchase EUK for as long as it is available!

I'm a dedicated Deciem fan and this is my latest purchase. I enjoy the texture and seems to sink into skin comfortably. Too early to comment on results. \n\n I just want to check of use of acids( BHA, VitC etc) is ok, if EUK is applied in the morning and acid in the evening? DECIEM Response: Thank you for sharing, Sarah! EUK 134 must not be used immediately with strong acids such as suspensions of Ascorbic Acid. Strong acids will completely destroy EUK 134 which is based on manganese. EUK 134 can also be mixed with most products such as Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA for a strong antioxidant boost. That said, EUK 134 can be layered with acid solutions but should not be mixed directly with them We hope this helps!
