Every order is dispatched within 24 hours on business days and delivered by tracked courier in Switzerland. You get the tracking number as soon as it leaves us.

2–4 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day; everything else ships within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Free on orders over CHF 79.93. Below that, a flat CHF 11.42 applies, and it is shown in your cart before you pay — never added at the last step.

We buy in small, frequent batches, so stock turns over quickly rather than sitting. If anything ever reaches you close to its date, tell us and we will replace or refund it.

It depends on the product — the ingredient list and any sensitivity testing are on each product page, and fragrance-free lines are marked as such by their brands. Whatever you choose, patch-test 24 hours before first use and stop if your skin reacts. Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition.

30 days to return anything unopened for a full refund, and a full refund if your order arrives damaged. Contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and checking the return.
