Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 local warehouse time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else ships within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Delivery times and cost

Delivery takes 3–7 business days. We hold stock in regional warehouses and dispatch from the one nearest you, so most orders travel as a local delivery rather than crossing a border.

Shipping is free above the free-shipping threshold shown in the announcement bar for your market. Below it, a flat rate is charged and displayed in your cart before you pay.

Import duties and taxes, where any apply, are paid by us. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay — nothing further is collected on delivery. If a courier ever does present you with a duty or handling charge, send us the receipt and we will refund it in full.

Where we ship

We ship to the markets listed in the footer's currency indicator and on this site's country pages. If your country is not among them, contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is delayed beyond the stated window, damaged, or arrives incomplete, email hello@youlookfabulous.me with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date and we will resolve it.
