What we sell, and where it comes from

More than ninety brands of skincare, bought from authorized distributors with batch codes intact. A batch code can be checked with the brand itself, which is the point of leaving it on: it is the one thing that lets a customer verify our claim rather than take it.

If any product ever fails an authenticity check with its manufacturer, we refund it in full and you do not need to send it back.

The company

That is the registered address on our trade licence. Customer support is handled by our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates — the two are separate places and both are listed so nobody has to guess which is which.

How orders reach you

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. Import duties are paid by us: the total at checkout is the total, and if a courier ever presents you with a charge, send us the receipt and we refund it.
