Who we are

What we collect
Order data: name, email, phone, shipping address, order contents and order history. Collected because we need it to perform the contract of sale.
Unfinished checkouts: if you type an email address at checkout and do not complete the order, we keep it with your basket so that we can send you a single reminder about it. That is the only thing we use it for — you are not added to our mailing list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time using the address below.
Account data (optional): email and a hashed password, if you choose to create an account. We never store your password itself.
Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor. We receive a payment reference and status — we never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: pages viewed and funnel events, collected via cookies for analytics and advertising measurement where you have consented.
Who processes it

Google Analytics and Meta — advertising and analytics measurement, where you have consented to those cookies.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 6–10 years depending on market). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy.
Email hello@youlookfabulous.me and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, market preference) are always set — the store cannot work without them.
In the EU and the UK, analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. Until you do, no analytics or advertising tag loads at all, and nothing is sent to Google or Meta about your visit — including from our servers. Choosing Reject leaves them off.
Outside the EU and the UK, analytics and advertising cookies are set when you use the site. You can block them in your browser at any time; doing so does not affect your ability to shop or to order.
