I tried the new The Ordinary Sulfur Acne Treatment — here’s my honest review:\n\nThis spot treatment features 10% sulfur, 2% niacinamide, and salicylic acid, the perfect trio for treating active breakouts, reducing oil, and preventing future blemishes. I used it at night as the last step of my skincare routine, applying it directly on blemishes.

It made the skin look really fresh and I just really like the yeasty smell of product. I feel like my skin can breathe after applying it. Unique sensation I haven't experienced with other toners. Ordering the refill today.

Got this toner a week ago and absolutely love it. My skin feels smoother and I have noticed my foundation looks flawless on my skin now. Love this product. Make sure you dont use any direct acid based products with this toner as you can cause irritation. Always follow the product directions and you will love it too.

My HOLY GRAIL toner! I've tried sooo many toners in all my years of skincare (including the popular one from Thayers), and none is as effective as this. Started using this when it first came out, and it has done absolute wonders for my dry skin - no longer dry and flaky, less breakouts, sets the right pH for absorption of less breakouts, and overall it has made my skin a lot healthier and resilient. \nI recommended it to my mother in her late 70s, and she says it is the best thing she's ever used from The Ordinary. Please please please NEVER stop making this!

Great product, very gentle and moisturizing. No stinging whatsoever. Has a slight fermented smell that dissipates really fast. It also has a pretty unexpected bonus feature- it works great as a deodorant. Better than anything I've tried.

I love the toner. Hate the application. I basically take a cotton round, then have to dab it and shake it onto the cotton ground. I feel like I waste a lot of product that way. I've also tried applying it directly to my skin with bare hands. That's just super messy. It's odd, there has to be a better way. But I will say this. I love the product. It soaks into my skin well, leaving a nice clean base for the rest of the night time routine. It doesn't have much of a smell, which is nice. I will continue to use this.

One of the best things that ever happened to my skin is this toner. I’ve never been able to use even the lowest concentrations of regular exfoliants, as they always left my skin dry, rough, or red and burning. I wasn’t expecting much exfoliation from this, but over time, I noticed my skin feeling smooth to the touch. After just a few applications, my skin felt soft, hydrated, and even healed better. Eventually, I started to see noticeable exfoliation as well. I absolutely love it—especially the barely noticeable scent, which reminds me of something healthy and natural.\n\nOne thing I don’t understand, though, is that NAG is listed as an ingredient in the description, but I can’t find it in the actual ingredient list. How is that possible, The Ordinary?

It helped clear my skin but I got an allergic reaction on my eyelid even though I never put any of it on there. My eyelid got red and started peeling. It took a couple of days to heal after I stopped using it.

I purchased this toner in mid-August, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I use it every day, morning and night, and my skin has noticeably become softer, smoother, more hydrated, and radiant. I’m very pleased with the results and can highly recommend it. I have combination skin, which tends to be oily most of the time but can also experience seasonal dryness and flakiness. The only downside for me is the packaging—it’s a bit inconvenient to apply directly to the face, and I’m not a fan of pouring the product into my hands.\n\nI had to stop using it for two weeks, and I noticed my skin condition worsened. As soon as I started using the toner again, my skin returned to its healthy state within a couple of days. I will definitely be purchasing it again!

I've always had a love/hate relationship with The Ordinary. From the amazing beginning, the weird business practices in the mid\ndle, and now, I think they've finally hit a stride of consistently great products. This is probably my favorite TO product. It's not too much of anything. Not too drying, not too oily or wet, not too thin or thick to apply, didn't break me out, and I can see a nice glow throughout the day. I did start a celery AHA+LHA serum alongside this, so I'll credit both products with improving my skin texture. I'm slowly getting over late 30's acne and that left scars and divots on my face I never thought would fade or raise and they are gone after a little over a month. I'll definitely be replacing this once it's empty, and that may be a bit bc even tho I use morning and night, there's barely a dent in the bottle!

I have been using this toner twice a day for a month now. it exfoliates without stripping my skin and makes my skin feel really smooth and soft after, It has a milky look to it but it's liquid. think because of the yeast ferment technology so the toner smell sour. The packaging is a pretty soft frosted glass and the top helps the product not spill out. Not my favorite but I appreciate the thought they put into the top at least. I The ingredients of this are gentle on my skin, the toner did not burn or create sensitivity, which is usually a problem for me. The price of this toner is surprising because it works just as good if not better than really expensive brands. It makes my skin better so I’ll keep using it.

I received this product for free (thanks The Ordinary!). I have super sensitive skin, I’ve struggled with acne and dryness and oiliness. I was excited to try this product because it has squalene, which is meant to help soften and smooth skin. \n\nThis product is milky, as the name suggest. Super lightweight, very light fermentation scent (no added fragrance). I applied the product with a cotton round after washing my face with my face wash, avoiding the eye area. The product dries off quickly. Then I apply my moisturizer after. \n\nI used this product for 2 weeks, I haven’t noticed a difference in my skin. And sometimes it does irritate my skin-makes it itchy (but again, I have very sensitive skin). I will definitely continue to use, because there’s no apparent harm! \n\nPackaging is nice and easy to use.

It didn't irritate my skin at all and made my skin feel younger and healthier feeling and looking since I began using it. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve actually been wanting a toner, so this just worked out so good. The packaging in the container itself is so aesthetically beautiful. Love the milky color of the toner, it does have a slight fermented smell to it, but nothing gross, or like too much that you can’t use it Texture is watery but not as thick as milk. Are use a cotton pad to apply to my face after I wash it and at night before bed. And sometimes it removes. Dirt from my face even after I’ve washed it.  it’s hydrating leaves my face with like a minimal glow I like that it targets on even skin tone. definitely recommend

The Ordinary facial toner is anything besides ordinary but I imagine they call it that because you haven’t yet found a toner that is this clean before. The ingredient list consists of a combination of saccharomyces at 30% and a gentle exfoliating toner with yeast ferment technology. Just add Ordinary to your day and night routine by simply coating your face with your fingers or a cotton ball after cleaning. There is no need to rinse! You will notice a difference in the cleanliness and the softness of your face right away. Another wonderful thing is that The Ordinary is only tested on humans, not animals and is 100% fragrance free. It’s so nice to know that there is something this pure and gentle being created for your face! It is the best I’ve tried.

I had no idea what Saccharomyces Ferment was when I got this, but I like most products by The Ordinary, so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did! This is such a soothing toner. I have some harsher, drying ones - but this is the opposite. It smells nice (not yeasty at all, like I was concerned about), and left a lightly moisturized feeling. I let it sit for a few minutes before applying moisturizer. Afterwards, my skin looked bouncier and more even. The effects lasted until the next morning, and I think my face looked noticeably more refreshed. I am interested to see the long term effects but wanted to go ahead and review since this is such a new and interesting product. I can honestly say it's like nothing I've ever tried before and very different from anything else I own.
