2–4 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 local warehouse time on a business day are dispatched the same day; everything else ships within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

No. Where any duty or import tax applies, we pay it — the total you see at checkout is the total. The courier will not ask you for anything at the door, and no bill follows. If one ever does reach you, send us the receipt and we will refund it in full.

Free on orders over QAR 150. Below that, a flat QAR 30 applies, and it is shown in your cart before you pay — never added at the last step.

Yes. Everything is sourced from authorized distributors with batch codes intact — you can verify any batch code directly with the brand. If a product ever fails an authenticity check we refund it in full, and you do not need to return it.

Every product ships with at least 12 months before its expiry date.

It depends on the product — the ingredient list and any sensitivity testing are on each product page, and fragrance-free lines are marked as such by their brands. Whatever you choose, patch-test 24 hours before first use and stop if your skin reacts. Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition.

30 days to return anything unopened for a full refund, and a full refund if your order arrives damaged. Contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and checking the return.
