The contract
These terms are between you and You Look Fabulous Ltd.. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation.
Pricing and currency
Prices shown include the taxes stated for your market and exclude shipping unless the free-shipping threshold is met.
Prices in non-USD markets are converted from our base price list. The currency you are charged in is shown before you pay.
We correct obvious pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Products
All products are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors, with batch codes intact.
Product images and descriptions are provided for identification. Formulations and packaging occasionally change at the manufacturer's discretion.
Our products are cosmetic. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Results vary from person to person.
Payment
Payments are processed by Tap Payments on their hosted page. We do not receive or store card details.
We may cancel and refund an order where we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the business is registered, without prejudice to consumer rights you hold in your own country of residence.
