The contract
These terms are between you and You Look Fabulous FZE - LLC. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation.
Pricing and currency
The price shown is the price you pay. We are not registered for VAT or sales tax in any market, so no tax is added at checkout and none is itemised on your invoice. Shipping is added separately unless the free-shipping threshold for your market is met, or the product ships free on its own.
Prices in non-USD markets are converted from our base price list. The currency you are charged in is shown before you pay.
We correct obvious pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
Products
Products are sold sealed, in the manufacturer's original packaging.
Product images and descriptions are provided for identification. Formulations and packaging occasionally change at the manufacturer's discretion.
Our products are cosmetic. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. Results vary from person to person.
Payment
Payments are processed by Tap Payments or by Network International, depending on the market. With Tap you are taken to their hosted page; with Network International the payment is completed on this site, in their secure fields. Either way we do not receive or store card details.
We may cancel and refund an order where we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the business is registered, without prejudice to consumer rights you hold in your own country of residence.
