There's so many reviews I've seen about bad skin reactions but I couldn't disagree more. This is the best product I have ever used. I sometimes go weeks without using it then after using it overnight my skin instantly links better. My pores appear smaller, my skins smoother, less blemishes.. it's amazing! And only $10!! I have the most sensitive skin and never have any issues. I love it!!!!

Bought it for my son as started having teens skin problems. Product slowed down spred of acne and spots and redness so it deffinetly works that i can tell. All you need to remember that it cant be put aside if problem is fixed. My son did and he had big come back of spots. good product but need consistant use at last every other day

I am shocked with the negative reviews. I got this serum two weeks ago from a European reseller and I couldn’t be happier! After some minor purging, my acne is almost healed, and my skin is clear and glowing!It hasn’t looked that good in years! I absolutely love this product! I am also very allergic person from cats and generally just nature to food and meds but this didn’t cause an allergic reaction to me. Which I am grateful for, but I wonder If there was a bad batch on a market with that overwhelming negative response.

Ich habe sie gelesen, dachte aber, dass es am Körper (nicht im Gesicht) keine Reaktion geben würde. Nach nur zwei Anwendungen wurde meine Haut rot und bekam Blasen – die Hautbarriere wurde geschädigt.\n\nIch bin eine erfahrene Nutzerin von Säuren, meine Haut ist daran gewöhnt. Sogar das bekannte rote Peeling mit 30 % AHA, das viel stärker ist, hat nie so reagiert wie diese 2 % Salicylsäure.\nBitte überarbeiten Sie die Zusammensetzung. In der jetzigen Form ist sie nicht sicher. Constant repurchase for me. Please ensure you are reading how to use this as it is an acid! I have never had an issue with this product and I have brought this bottle multiple times. It helps to clear clogged pores that are deep in my skin this is a great acid serum to use to clear your face.

Creo que mi recomendación es que si jamas has usado algun acido o cosa hard en la cara compres aquel producto recomendado para evitar reacciones adversas (yo no lo hice porque cuando tenia como 15 me recetaron azufre en la cara. En ese tiempo era casi como tener una mini quemadura en mi cara despues de usarlo, desde entonces mi piel aunque es sensible -si la fo lo froto al lavarla, por ejemplo, queda roja e hirritada todo el dia- es unelo! i poquito mas resistente a acidos

Somethings feels dangerous and off nowadays with this product? Our teenage daughter have been Using this without any problems before for about 3 years now. This recently Bottle though for about 2 months ago Caused her swollen puffy eyelids, uneven eyes, red halo rings around Both eyes( like droopy eyes) a couple of weeks after she vegan getting dry itchy spots around the mouth area. Allergic exzemas both around eyes as mouth. She have been skipping School domedays besvarar of it. We didnt know it was ordinary at all because of her previous good experience around this serum. 2 months after all of this i finally found this page and all the rewievs and pictures that is similiar and quite exacly what our daughter have been experiencing. She stopped using ordinary washer and this one since yesterday and such a big difference already. Eucerin anti redness moisterizer helped a lot!

I used this product for around 6 months with no problems however, recently it brings my face up in red patches sometimes with an itchy rash as well. This has possibly coincided with a new bottle - has the formula changed? I’m gutted as I previously loved this product and got loads of compliments on my skin but the irritation is too much now.

I've been struggling because of this product for a month now. My first allergic reaction with puffy eyes, almost kvinke reaction last one day, two other times for two days. Each time I was'nt able to understand what is the problem, I have never had an allergic reaction before, I'm really conciuose and attentive to the products I choose, to not apply to the eyes if it's not for that area. I'm sharing this review to help the company to improve it and to other people to be aware that this can happen to them. I have been using ordinary for years, I really trust this company and hope the team will be dedicated to improve this product.

I loved this product and it helped clear up small bumps on my forehead and my blackheads around my nose without giving me super flakey skins like numerous other salicylic acid products do. My flare ups started again and I saw that this hasn't been in stock for a while sadly. Reading through the reviews, I understand that the product is being reformulated and more info will come soon; but I just wanted to say thank you to the Deciem team for being so patient and kind in their responses to reviews left here. It sucks that the only product that doesn't kill my skin isn't available right now, but I understand you're just a team of people and things get busy behind the scenes of production. I really like this product! It's the only product I've used that managed to interrupt a HORRIBLE cycle of hormonal breakouts I was having around my chin/mouth/cheeks area a few weeks back and has so far prevented further breakouts in those areas with continued use. My skin is much smoother and softer as well and looks brighter overall. I apply a drop or 2 on my fingers, and apply to just my problem areas AFTER moisturising (I find this helps create an irritation buffer) at night time, in a patting motion. No need to rub it in like lotions- just let it sink in! This product can sometimes cause dryness and peeling so I use my judgement to skip application for a night or two if my skin feels parched. Otherwise it works a charm- even on my very pale and sensitive skin! Will definitely repurchase if these results keep up.

This has been a GAME CHANGER in my skincare routine and has almost completely diminished all of my tiny bumps in the last month with daily use! I'm absolutely OBSESSED with this product! I have always had hormonal acne that only comes around days before my monthly, and I'm at that age (30!) where acne should no longer be a problem! I'd actually just let myself believe that, 'Hey, there's nothing I can do about it,' and just accepted these couple of blemishes every month. Only now? I don't have to! I can totally spot-control, or even use a small amount and just generalize the application! I even have some small blemishes that happen on my shoulders, which I'd never had before I grew my hair out in length. I suppose the oil from my hair was causing a problem. Now, a small amount on my shoulders, and spot-control, bam! My skin is so clear, and flawless, and I can even do it preemptively! You know where you can -feel- a blemish, but not see it? A few weeks ago I'd have given it a lower rating because the 15ml size just wasn't worth it for me, but now it comes in bigger bottles I couldn't be happier. I've never experienced sensitivity or irritation, and I saw a visible improvement after less than a week of using it once a day. I now use it morning and night unless I'm using another acid and the difference is extraordinary. In conjunction with the 30%AHA+2%BHA peel it's completely transformed my skin. I love this product. I used to use BP but it would bleach my pillow and towels so my friend recommended this product and after a few weeks I'd say the results are better and my skin doesn't feel sensitive or prone to dryness or redness as with the BP. It feels less abrasive than BP to me. The only problem is that I've read that long term use is damaging. Can you recommend products from your range that I can use instead of using the Salicylic Acid continuously..? This is my first purchase with the HA 2% + B5 and the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution. I start to use the SA in the PM and the HA in the morning, after a facial with microabrasion, to really start on a freshly deep cleaned skin, and my skin haven't look better in years. I loooove this product, I got so many compliments about my skin. I think the facial really helped, but without this fabulous home routine, I would have had my blackhead, uneven skin tone and texture back! I cant wait to see the results in a couple of months. \n The other best part of this in the price.... The quality is as good as the price range. \n\n\n PS: After my SA in the PM can I use time to time a night mask enriched with HA or is it better to not use 2 types of acids at the same time, even though their action is different? \n\n Thank you so much !!!!!!!

I’m quite a skincare junkie and I’ve tried A LOT of different brands and ingredients, but never was i so pleased with any product before as with these ones. My skin care regime currently consists of salicylic acid 2% and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% AM/PM and twice a week I use Alpha Lipoic Acid 5% , I have combination skin and get some blemish here-and-there. Usually products that claim to “calm” blemishes and help congested pores do absolutely nothing for me, but already after the first use of these products I could see results: the blemishes looked smaller and less angry red , after two weeks my whiteheads were almost invisible and my skin looked more uniform all over. I would like to brighten my skin tone, can you recommend any product that could help me with skin lightening? thank you~

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I honestly only use this as spot treatments rather than all over my face because I have/had bad acne between my brows and on my forehead, and I only use it at night (in combination with the niacinamide and the plant-derived squalane). I apply this first (1 drop for my forehead on my finger) and rub it all over the problem areas so it foams up, then 3-4 drops of niacinamide on my palm and I pat that all over my face with both hands (after the salicylic acid has absorbed into my skin), followed by another 4 drops of squalane after the niacinamide has absorbed. \n This has been a life saver -even my boyfriend has noticed the difference in my complexion and I've used these 3 products every night for a little over a month so far.
